Step-by-Step Guide to Registering with Forms Online
For the 2016-2017 school year, high school and middle school families will be able to submit many back to school registration forms through their Skyward Family Access account. Families must have registered for a Skyward Family Access account in order to use the new online forms which will be open July 20 to August 3.

Traditional registration on school campuses is still required for such things as proof of residency, class schedule, ACE programming, emergency contact, free/reduced lunch, and updates to medical including food allergies.
  1. Login to Skyward Family Access.
  2. Click on “Online Registration” in the left column.
  3. If you have multiple children in high/middle school, each will be listed separately and will need the same forms filled out. Click on the student you want to register and this will start the process.
  4. To complete the registration forms online, view the steps in the right column. After filling out each form, mark it as complete.
    1. Verify three areas of information:
      1. Student Phone
      2. Family Contact
      3. Emergency Contact
    2. Acceptance of computer use
    3. Program participation area
    4. Student’s race and ethnicity
    5. Directory/mailing information
    6. Acceptance of student handbook
    7. Final verification of medical and enrollee information
