Guide to Registration Forms Online

Step-by-Step Instruction Guide to Registering with Online Forms 2018-19
For the 2018-2019 school year, families will be able to submit many back to school registration forms through their Skyward Family Access account. Families must have registered for a Skyward Family Access account in order to use the new online forms which will be open July 23 - August 2, 2018.

Traditional registration on school campuses is still required for such things as proof of residency, class schedule, emergency contact and updates to medical information.
  1. Visit the Skyward Family Access page and review the online registration instructions document link, then login to the Skyward Family Access program to proceed.
  2. Click on “Online Registration” in the left column.
  3. Each student enrolled in Amarillo ISD must be registered individually.  Click on the student you want to register and this will start the process.
  4. To complete the registration forms online, view the steps in the right column. After filling out each form, mark it as complete.
    1. Verify three areas of information:
      1. Student Phone
      2. Family Contact
      3. Emergency Contact
    2. Acceptance of student handbook 
    3. Student travel information
    4. Acceptance of computer use
    5. Program information area
    6. Student’s race and ethnicity
    7. Release of directory/mailing information
    8. Food allergy form
    9. Entry of enrollee information
    10. Final verification and submit online registration
  5. Food Service -- Login to Schoolcafe for Cafeteria Accounts, Free and Reduced Meal Application, and Menus.
