Guide to Registration Forms Online

Step-by-Step Instruction Guide to Registering with Online Forms
For the 2017-2018 school year, families will be able to submit many back to school registration forms through their Skyward Family Access account. Families must have registered for a Skyward Family Access account in order to use the new online forms which will be open July 19 - 28, 2017.

Traditional registration on school campuses is still required for such things as proof of residency, class schedule, ACE programming, emergency contact, free/reduced lunch, and updates to medical information.
  1. Login to Skyward Family Access.
  2. Click on “Online Registration” in the left column.
  3. Each student enrolled in Amarillo ISD must be registered individually.  Click on the student you want to register and this will start the process.
  4. To complete the registration forms online, view the steps in the right column. After filling out each form, mark it as complete.
    1. Verify three areas of information:
      1. Student Phone
      2. Family Contact
      3. Emergency Contact
    2. Acceptance of student handbook 
    3. Acceptance of computer use
    4. Program information area
    5. Student’s race and ethnicity
    6. Release of directory/mailing information
    7. Food allergy form
    8. Entry of enrollee information
    9. Final verification
  5. Food Service -- Login to Schoolcafe for Cafeteria Accounts, Free and Reduced Meal Application, and Menus.
