The International Baccalaureate Programme is a comprehensive curriculum that responds to the need for greater challenge for gifted high school students.

Designed and administered by the home office in Geneva, Switzerland, the program encompasses internationally-based standards of achievement.

The curriculum is designed to provide a broad liberal arts experience for the college-bound student. Each student develops knowledge and skills in languages, mathematics, experimental sciences, social science, and the processes of inquiry.
Successful course work and examination performance at the junior/senior level may earn students credit or advanced placement at colleges and universities around the world.
Participation in the International Baccalaureate Programme may begin with the Pre-IB courses at the freshman/sophomore level with a review prior to entering the full program at the junior level. Course work in the ninth and tenth grade emphasizes higher levels of thinking and critical analysis.

Junior/Senior level International Baccalaureate courses focus on advanced curriculum, guided course work, and preparation for externally moderated exams.
