If a student transfers to an Amarillo ISD campus from another campus from within Texas, and

• the parent(s) indicate in writing (copy to be placed in the student's eligibility folder) that they are satisfied with the current IEP, and
• the district (campus administrator) determines that the current IEP is appropriate and can be implemented as written, and
• the campus diagnostician has checked the data from the previous district to be sure all required data is present, up-to-date, and conforms with the requirements of Federal and State regulations

then, the Amarillo ISD campus may serve the student (according to the current IEP) without having an ARD meeting.
