Meet The Panhandle Tech Prep Staff
LeAnne Vogel is the Director of Panhandle Tech Prep. She has been with the program for 12 years. Before taking the Director's position 8 years ago, she was the Assistant Director.
Previous employment includes TSTC (Amarillo Campus) New Student Relations and Equity Coordinator, Communications Director for Arrowhead Mills in Hereford, Texas, and Teaching Assistant-Communication Department at West Texas A&M University.
LeAnne is married and has two sons who will be in the 5th and 9th grades.
She earned her Associate of Science Degree from Clarendon College, Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from Texas Tech University, and her Master of Arts-Communication Degree from West Texas A&M University.

Before joining the Partnership team, she taught in the Amarillo Independent School District at Tascosa High School. She also has teaching experience from Highland Park High School and Estacado High School in Lubbock.
Lisa is married and has two daughters who are in the 6th grade and 9th grade.

Before joining the Tech Prep staff, Shelley worked for Amarillo College in the Registrar's Office and in the Workforce Development Division. She is going into her 15th year as an AC employee.
Shelley is married and has one son.
