During this time you will have the opportunity to make changes to your Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and LTD elections through PeopleSoft for next plan year beginning July 1st. To review your current benefit elections, go to PeopleSoft “Self Service Home” and click “Benefits Summary”. You will be able to see who is currently covered or beneficiaries by clicking directly on the benefit.

The District will begin using Express Scripts to provide the prescription drug benefits and a new dental plan through Delta Dental.

There will be no premium for the 20-21 plan year for the District’s core benefits, unless you switch to Delta Dental.

No, but it is recommended and go through the Open Enrollment process in PeopleSoft to verify who is on your benefits and that you have the correct beneficiaries listed for life insurance.

You must re-enroll in Flex Spending Accounts every year. First Financial Group of America (FFGA) will be by phone or email to get you re-enrolled in your flex plan or to share more about the supplemental benefits offered. Supplemental benefits offered through AISD are: Short-Term Disability, Accident Plan, Cancer Plan, Critical Illness Plan, and Medical GAP. Check with your office to find more details as to when they will be on campus or contact them at Amarillo.
