Where Are They Now?

The Regional Day School Programs for the Deaf would like to share with you some success stories from our students and alumni.  Listed below are just a few of our honorees.  Please check back often as we add more to our distinguished list.

A football player in an orange jersey with the number 51 on it looks to the side while standing on the field.Ben Diaz, former Lamar, Fannin, and Caprock student, played football throughout his four years at Caprock High School.  He was honored for his courage and perseverance.  Ben graduated from Amarillo College's Auto Mechanics program.Amarillo College has identified Ben as a potential member in The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA), an Honor Society with over 140 chapters nationwide. Click here to see his video interview.  As Ben says, "Never give up, practice everyday and you'll be a winner." Congratulations Ben!  "After Caprock, comes college”

Born profoundly deaf, Hayden has shown dedication and drive in both athletics and academics.
