NEW! AISD Summer Lunch Schedule: 6-1-2021 through 6-30-2021 and 7-6-2021 through 7-30-2021

Monday – Friday, pickup times are 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Breakfast and lunch will be available this summer at select schools. Grab & Go meals are available for children ages 1-18. This includes children under 5 who are not enrolled in AISD.

Parents, if you pick up meals and your child is not with you, you will need to provide proof of your child’s age. School locations include:

  • Austin Middle School
  • Bonham Middle School
  • Eastridge Elementary
  • George Washington Carver Elementary Academy
  • Humphrey’s Highland Elementary
  • Sanborn Elementary
  • South Lawn Elementary
  • Tascosa High School
  • Travis Middle School
  • Wills Elementary

AISD COVID-19 Testing Site Closed

The Amarillo ISD COVID-19 Testing Site at the Rod Schroder ESC has closed. We will no longer be facilitating COVID-19 Testing through this site.

If you are in need of a COVID-19 Test, the City of Amarillo is still offering testing, or you may search local medical providers that may offer the test.

Options for Reductions in Quarantine Time.

If an AISD student or staff member is quarantined due to an exposure, and they are requesting the possibility to return early from the 14-day quarantine, please use the form below:

  • Family member(s) of quarantined student: For a student to return early from a quarantine, the above form must be completed and signed by a medical professional. Once this form is completed and returned to the school, the school will make a copy to keep for their records, and then a scanned copy will be sent to the Amarillo Public Health Department.
  • Staff Members: If a staff member wishes to return early, please direct them to the appropriate Human Resources director/coordinator.
  • Students and Staff: A student or staff member may not end quarantine and return to school early without this form completed by a medical professional.
