Manifestation determination for students who commit an offense that leads to a disciplinary hearing.

The ARD committee will convene prior to the hearing to determine if the behavior is a manifestation of the disability. Following the hearing the ARD committee will again meet to discuss the hearing officer recommendations and review the IEP and placement making changes as appropriate.
