Food Truck & Pop-Up Vendor Approval Process


Step 1: Initial Application

Submit your vendor application form. A member of the Amarillo ISD Human Resources team will then email you a unique service code.

Step 2: IdentoGO Appointment

Use your service code to schedule fingerprinting at the Amarillo ISD LEE FAST Pass fingerprinting with IdentoGO location.

  • Cost: $50 per person.
  • Who: All food truck or pop-up vendor employees physically present on-site.
  • Frequency: One-time only.
     

Step 3: Receipt Submission

Provide your IdentoGO receipt(s) to Amarillo ISD Human Resources for verification. Once processed, you will be issued an official "Approved Vendor" flyer.
 

Step 4: Annual Recertification

To stay active on the Approved Food Truck and Pop-Up Vendor List, you must submit a recertification form every year (July 1).
