December 18, 2025 – Amarillo ISD has concluded the first round of strategic planning meetings. The District began the process this month with opportunities for parents, community members, and staff to share aspirational beliefs to inform the development of a new strategic plan. The input from stakeholders is essential, and additional meetings to collaborate will take place again in February.
