Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR)

The TAPR report pulls together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year. Performance is shown disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and socioeconomic status. The reports also provide extensive information on school and district staff, programs, and student demographics.

- All Pre-K 11:20 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
Kindergarten Lunch
- All Kindergarten students go to lunch from 10:50 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
1st Grade Lunch
- All 1st grade students go to lunch from 11:10 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.
2nd Grade Lunch
- All 2nd grade students go to lunch from 11:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.
3rd Grade Lunch
- All 3rd grade students go to lunch from 12:10 p.m. to 12:40 p.m.
4th Grade Lunch
- All 4th grade students go to lunch from 12:40 p.m. to 1:10 p.m.
5th Grade Lunch
- All 5th grade students go to lunch from 1:05 p.m. to 1:35 p.m.

2nd Grade Recess
- All 2nd grade students go to recess from 11:05 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.

- All 4th grade students go to lunch from 12:05 p.m. to 12:35 p.m.

ParentSquare
Amarillo ISD and our schools use ParentSquare for school communication primarily with email, text and app notifications.
ParentSquare automatically syncs with Skyward (our District’s student information system) to generate an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

Businesses and organizations can submit their flyers (Opens in new window) to the Amarillo Independent School District office. Upon Amarillo ISD approval, the digital flyers are sent to Peachjar subscribers.
