    Find Your Student's Teacher or Counselor

    To correspond with a teacher or counselor via email, log into Skyward Family Access (Login screen opens in a new window) and use the instructions below:

    • To contact a teacher, select “Schedule” from the main menu. Click the teacher's name to display the teacher’s email address, and then click the displayed email address to create a message.
       
    • To contact the counselor, select "Student Information" from the main menu. Click the counselor's name (listed on the Student Information screen as "Advisor") and then click the displayed email address to create a message.

    If you do not have Skyward Family Access login credentials or need assistance with your account, please visit the District website's Skyward Family Access page (Opens in new window).

Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR)
Visit the Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) page to view the TAPR.

The TAPR report pulls together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year. Performance is shown disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and socioeconomic status. The reports also provide extensive information on school and district staff, programs, and student demographics.

  • 1st Period  8:00 a.m. – 8:53 a.m.
  • 2nd Period  8:56 a.m. – 9:28 a.m.
  • 3rd Period  9:31 a.m. – 10:24 a.m.
  • 4th Period (RTI)  10:27 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.
  • 5th Period (Lunch)  11:23 a.m. – 1:03 p.m. which is divided into two groups below
    • 1st Lunch (Grades 5 & 6) 11:23 a.m. – 11:58 a.m.
    • 2nd Lunch (Grades 7 & 8)  12:26 p.m. – 1:02 p.m.
  • 6th Period  1:05 p.m. – 1:58 p.m.
  • 7th Period  2:01 p.m. – 2:54 p.m.
  • 8th Period  2:57 p.m. – 3:50 p.m.

Bullying Report Form
If you feel your student has been bullied, please make a report using the AISD Bullying Report Form.

ParentSquare
Amarillo ISD and our schools use ParentSquare for school communication primarily with email, text and app notifications.

ParentSquare automatically syncs with Skyward (our District’s student information system) to generate an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

InSync exists to help families of young children connect with early learning experiences and helpful information.

Early childhood education can happen in one of the preschool, kindergarten, or early elementary classrooms available through AISD, but it also happens in homes and in families every day, and we are here to help you through all of it!
