Mann Middle School Orchestra places major emphasis on the development of string instrument technique and a high standard of music performance.

Our members present seasonal concerts and participate in community service projects and ceremonial functions. Several of our orchestra students perform in the Amarillo Symphony Youth Orchestra, as well as the Texas Music Educators’ Association (TMEA) and University Interscholastic League (UIL) competitions.

Our orchestra students are comprised primarily of musicians from Emerson Elementary, Hamlet Elementary, Lee Elementary, Pleasant Valley Elementary, and Rogers Elementary Schools.
