Residential Facilities Tracker Data Collection

Residential Facilities (RF) Tracker Data Collection

Amarillo ISD is required to report on RF students and staff in the fall and spring of each school year and/or upon the enrollment and withdrawal of an RF student with disabilities within the boundaries of AISD.

The following information will be sent to the special education secretary within three days of when the student enrolls:

  • Name of student
  • Name of facility
  • Birth date of student
  • Campus
  • Gender
  • Ethnicity
  • Social Security number
  • Type of event
  • Grade
  • Name of facility
  • Length of school day
  • Length of campus school day
  • Disability code
  • Instructional arrangement
  • Direct related services
  • School calendar
  • ESY services
  • All staff involved with student

When a student withdraws from the facility the name of the student and withdrawal date is sent to the special education secretary. The secretary for special education is responsible for maintaining the RF Tracker by updating the new enrollments and withdrawals to reflect the current school year. Contact will be made yearly with each facility in order to update information.
